The house, built in 1989 and renovated in 2015, offers modern facilities and a spacious interior that can accommodate up to 14 people. With a plot of 5000 square meters and a house area of 221 square meters, there is plenty of space for both play and relaxation. The house is not rented out to youth groups/party groups. The house is located only 1500 meters from the North Sea, making it the perfect place for those who love to spend time by the beach. Here you can enjoy the sun, swim in the sea or go on long walks along the coast. For those who want to bring their four-legged friends, pets are allowed, so the whole family can be together. Inside you will find a bright and inviting living area where you can relax after a long day. The house is equipped with wireless internet and a television with both Danish and German TV, so you can stay updated or enjoy a good movie in the evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and a large 60 litre fridge freezer, making cooking a breeze. There are five bedrooms in the house, including three with double beds and two with bunk beds, providing plenty of sleeping space for all guests. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, shower and underfloor heating, in addition, there is also a shower in the pool room. The house also has a guest toilet, which is practical for larger groups. Outside, you can enjoy the covered terrace, where you can barbecue and eat together while the children play on the swings, slide or in the sandbox. The large pool room, with a 19 square metre pool with water slide, as well as a hot tub that can accommodate two people, offers fun and relaxation for the whole family. Small cozy holiday apartment of 49 m2 with fjord view. Entrance, bathroom, kitchen/living room, TV room with wood-burning stove and bedroom. Nice little conservatory to the west with sun terrace and morning terrace to the east. The apartment is heated with a heat pump and underfloor heating in the bathroom. Only 2.5 km to the lovely trading town of Lemvig, where there are restaurants, cafés and fine specialty shops. 13 km to the bustling North Sea, which is always an experience. Thyborøn, with a still active fishing port, can be reached in 25 minutes by car.

An agreement has been made with Sydthy swimming pool that it is free to come and bathe there, just bring the key with the house number.

Dogs are welcome. The area offers good walks, bike routes and lots of experiences in nature – perfect for both two- and four-legged friends. There is free access to communal facilities such as indoor swimming pool, sauna, mini golf and playground. The restaurant Agger Darling is located adjacent to the holiday centre.

Apartment consists of kitchen and living room in one, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. There is sleeping space for 4 people. There is free access to the swimming pool with, among other things, a hot tub and children's pool. There is a play basement, bouncy castle, playgrounds, tennis courts and beach volleyball courts. The apartment is located about 2 km from Lemvig – in beautiful nature, close to the water and Lemvig Golf Club. There is a charging station for cars in connection with the holiday center.
