Motorboat can be rented at an additional cost, floating jetty 50m from the house. Please let us know before arrival if boat rental is applicable.

Bring your family or friends on a cabin trip with outdoor area, 600 meters from the lake and with mountain trips right outside the door. The cabin consists of 3 bedrooms with 4 beds. The cabin is new and modern, which is reflected in the interior. The cabin has a large terrace with a fire pit and dining area. The views are amazing towards fjords, mountains and islands.

The property is a 5-minute walk from Moldefjorden and a 20-minute drive from the Skaret ski slope. Only 14 minutes from Molde city center.

Gode store terrasser på uteplassen med flotte solforhold. Kort vei til Larsnes sentrum. Mange turer i nærområdet, og kort kjørtur til både Ulsteinvik, Herøy og Ørsta/Volda. Leige av Kajakk, SUP brett og sykkel er inkludert i prisen. Vi kan vere behjelpelig med utleige av båt type Bever 460, 9.9hp.

Her har du tilgang til flere butikker, bakeri, burgerking etc. Er du glad i å fiske eller glad i å ta et forfriskende bad er også sjøen rett nedenfor, med bare 50 meter. Fantastisk sommerhus ved sjøen. Oppvarmet basseng, utendørs boblebad, 2 havkajakker, fiskeutstyr. Dette er plassen for familier som virkelig vil kose seg. Naust rett ved huset. Masse uteplass. Skyvetak på bassenget, så kan brukes og ved dårlig vær. Holder 27 grader. Fiske i sjøen utenfor huset er veldig bra. Og en liten lakseelv 500 meter fra huset. Nytt- Kan leie båt. There is also a private harbor with the possibility to rent a boat. Price per day: 16 ft 15/20 horsepower NOK 600 plus petrol. 18 ft 30 horsepower NOK 850 per day. Gasoline is in addition to what the customer uses. Life jackets can be borrowed. All boat rentals are at your own risk
