Close to sports facilities, an outdoor park and a hiking trail. And Sulafjellet is not far away with a well-maintained mountain trail and many different hiking destinations. From here you can explore famous places such as Geiranger and Olden (approx. 2h), Loen with Skylift (1.5h), the bird island Runde, Øye (1h) and the Jugendbyen Ålesund (1.5h). Mountain trips on foot and on skis to Slogen, Saudehornet, Liadalsnipa, Molladalen and Melshornet (you can walk from the cabin). Close to several alpine and cross-country ski slopes.

The house is located at the end of Goksøyra with easy access to mountains and fjær. Only 30 min. walk to Fuglefjellet. It has been recently gently refurbished inside. The bathroom is brand new and is on the 1st floor. It is laid out with 6 sleeping places, but may be best suited for 4 people(2 double rooms). The third bedroom has 2 single beds. The stairs up to the bedrooms are steep. Screened patio and own garden. It takes 25 minutes to drive to the municipal center Fosnavåg.

Welcome to Brunstad, in the middle of the Sunnmørsalps! The apartment is an excellent starting point for mountain trips both on foot in summer/autumn and on skis in winter/spring. It is also a short distance to Ålesund (about 1 hour by car) and famous areas such as Geiranger, Hellesylt, Norangsdalen, Valldal and Trollstigen. In winter, two different ski resorts are only 15 minutes away from the apartment; “Sunnmørsalpane Skiarena Fjellsætra” and “Strandafjellet Skisenter”.
