This studio is available for your sole, private use in the extension of our house, which was previously used as a practice. In addition to a small hallway with shoe cabinet and wardrobe, there is a small bathroom with toilet and shower. In the large, bright living room, there is a small kitchenette (but NOT a fully equipped kitchen) with a sink. A foldable sofa offers space for a third person. Behind a medium-height partition, the double bed is located directly by the large window.

The studio room has - all in one - a kitchenette, an electric piano, a easel and a very large table at which to eat and work, with wifi. The comfortable double bed is 1.60 m wide, the walk-in shower and sink are integrated in the bedroom. A small toilet room is right next to the bedroom. Parking is available on the farm right in front of the house.

Welcome to Walters Ranch! A small dog school in the Vorharz… That means dogs are welcome here. Here you are in the right place if you want to explore the Harz Mountains with a dog, like to end the evenings at the fire pit, maybe even want to have a small party? Or want to have the day and evening to yourselves. Our small apartment has 2 beds on approx. 38 m², a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Looking forward to seeing you soon :)

The 40 m² 1-room apartment with its own entrance is quietly located in the Hanover-Davenstedt district. The light-flooded apartment offers a comfortable double bed, a sitting area with cable TV, a well-equipped kitchenette with dining table and two chairs, as well as a bathroom with shower. The journey time by public transport is about 30 minutes to the main train station and about 60 minutes to the exhibition grounds.

The apartment is located in the village of Groß Lafferde, in a central location on the federal roads 1 and 444. Braunschweig, Salzgitter and Hildesheim are about 20 km away, Hanover 45 km away. There are butchers (butchers) in the village and bakeries, doctor's and dentist's surgery are available as well as a local supplier about 2 km away.
