1 hour from Paris (car or train + bike) between Maintenon and Nogent-le-Roi, a magnificent and spacious wooden house where you can recharge in the greenery. The house is fully equipped and perfectly located to explore the Royal Valley of the Eure region. You are surrounded by castles, parks, and just a stone's throw away from the Natural Park of the Chevreuse Valley. There's nothing better than rejuvenating by the fireplace in a very comfortable house that has all the charm of a wooden chalet.

On the ground floor, lounge area with sofa bed for 2, living area with equipped kitchen, washing machine. Easy parking in front. Quiet. Great for families.

Our house is located in a small village near Maintenon, close to Chartres and Paris. You'll appreciate its comfort and peaceful atmosphere, and enjoy its views of the countryside, the garden, and the outdoor swimming pool. The house is near several equestrian centers, the Maintenon golf course and its castle, the Rambouillet forest, a treetop adventure park, and more. Wi-Fi is available. You can park your car in the inner courtyard, which is secured by a gate.

Homestay but independent, upstairs bedroom in a small annex next to our house. A 7-minute walk from Épernon train station (40 minutes from Paris by train) Quiet, on the edge of the woods. Beautifully decorated, this charming attic room has a shower room with bath towels. An espresso machine, a kettle, and a mini-fridge are available, as well as tea and coffee. Outside, there is a small table and 2 chairs to enjoy your breakfast or relax.

The Atelier is a bright and warm cottage, ideal for stays for families or groups of friends. It accommodates up to 8 guests, with the possibility of adding cots or children's mattresses.
