Steps to sand (about 300 yards) and from there a 3 min walk to board walk, restaurants, shops. Parking for 3 cars. This airy, spacious and sun drenched oasis offers comfort, a well stocked kitchen, a nice deck, grill and deck bar, linens, towels, yoga mat, and beach essentials. 7 min to town, 15 min to Portsmouth enjoying ocean views, Maine 30 min.
