Our cozy guest house is in a quiet neighborhood, and is not a primary residence. We are exactly 2 miles from downtown Northampton. There is one queen size bed downstairs in an open floor plan, another queen bed upstairs in bedroom 1, and two twin beds in bedroom 2. There is a washer/dryer unit, propane fireplace, and private back deck with views of gardens and woodlands. There is a short river walk at the end of the block and a nearby trail meanders along the river, ending at Smith college.

You'll have the Guest Suite at The Historic Hill-Ross Homestead with private entrance all to yourself. Guest Suite is the renovated carriage house ell off the main farmhouse which houses 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room and 1 bathroom including your own private patio. One bedroom has a queen bed and second bedroom has a full bed and a single bunk bed. Hill Ross Homestead is a short, 5 minute walk into downtown Florence.

Nirvana's Nest offers all the modern amenities in a location that combines privacy with convenience. Joan and her canine co-host Desi live in the home attached to the guest house in the back. Florence Center is a walkable neighborhood with a progressive vibe dotted with cafes. A quick and easy 7-minute drive down Main Street leads to Smith College and downtown Northampton.
