Country - loft apartment + fireplace + garden + parking

We rent a separate, approx. 60 m² loft apartment / house with private entrance in the annex of our over 100-year-old house to guests who want to stay "differently"! The apartment is self-sufficient + separate from the main house. A private terrace or a private garden area belong to the apartment. Around the house are forests and fields, here you can walk or cycle on the Roman Lippe Route. The Ruhr area (Duisburg, Essen) is close. Supermarket, pizzeria + pharmacy are on site.

The bright, cozy apartment with large windows, parquet flooring and two sun balconies stands out, especially with its spacious layout and high-quality furnishings. Whether the open plan living area with spacious dining area and lounge corner, the 3 comfortable bedrooms, full bathroom or luxury kitchen - it is the ideal starting point for families with children, leisure and business travelers.

Cozy modern apartment :) - Balcony, kitchen & bathroom

In the middle of the tranquil Münsterland lies this cozy and newly modernized granny apartment in Rhede-Nord. Despite the fact that many new residential areas have recently been built here, the house is still surrounded by nature. Extensive walks through fields and forests are thus easily possible. By car, you can reach the center of Bocholt within 10 minutes. The highway can also be reached quickly via the B67, so you are in the middle of the Ruhr area within 45 minutes.

Wesel City "Wackenbruch" 2 bedrooms, 100 sqm

The light-flooded 2 bedroom apartment is about 100 square meters. It can accommodate up to four people on the outskirts of Wesel, Fusternberg. All rooms are tiled, the blinds are electric. One window in each room has an insect repellent. Walk to the train station about 5, to the city about 10, to the cathedral about 20 minutes. Since the apartment is in a cul-de-sac, it is very quiet despite its central location. Please follow the house rules. Not suitable for infants.

New kitchen fully equipped. Modern bathroom with shower + bathtub (toilet spatially separated). Bedroom with double bed + room with 2 single beds. Ideal for bike rides/hikes in the nearby Dingden Heath. Storage space for bicycles with charging facilities in the lockable garage.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2, there is plenty of room for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

The place is close to the city center and Lake Aasee. The university of applied sciences can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and in 5 minutes by car (B67 in the immediate vicinity). A bus stop is very close. The bakery and butcher, as well as the food market, are about 1000 meters away. Our house and the apartment are located in a cul-de-sac. Public parking is available. We have furnished the apartment practically and cozily. Linens and towels are included.

Apartment in the countryside (Wesel-Bislich)

The beautiful bright apartment is surrounded by fields on the outskirts of Bislich. Completely renovated at the end of 2018, the apartment has underfloor heating and includes a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher and a new bathroom. The bedrooms are equipped with laminate floors, all other living areas with large tiles. The decor is chosen with a lot of love for detail and exudes a warm atmosphere. A private terrace (with barbecue) is also available.

Our beautiful, light-filled attic apartment overlooking the countryside invites you to a short stop or a longer stay in the beautiful town of Bocholt! With her 70 square meters, it has plenty of space for 2 people who like to relax and walk from here in 15 minutes on foot in the city center. We are happy to provide bikes - because nothing works here without the popular "bikes"! The bakery with a small shop is 1 minute walk away. Smoking is prohibited!

The small Isselperle vacation home

Welcome to our little Isselperle. The idyllically furnished 136 sqm vacation home is at your disposal for exclusive use. It is south-facing, sun-drenched, with terrace and garden. An office with Wi-Fi is available. Here you can relax. For cycling and hiking you will find a paradise. Motorcyclists do not pass by our Thunderbike-Harley dealer in the village unseen. Culinary, the region has a lot to offer. We are happy to give tips.

Our holiday apartment is quietly located in the countryside – perfect for unwinding – and still well connected if you're up for exploring or here on business. From here, vacationers can easily discover the sights of the Lower Rhine, Münsterland, and Gelderland (NL). Tradespeople and business travelers will find a cozy place to relax after a long day. Good to know: There’s plenty of parking – even for vans or small trucks.
