496 / 5.000 We are renting out our small 20 sqm apartment in the basement. It has a large living room with a new double bed (queen size), desk, closet, table and armchair. There is a kitchen and a toilet. The shower is in the side entrance. The apartment has a beautiful large window and is very bright and recently renovated. WiFi is available. We are 30 minutes from Hamburg Town Hall (City), good connections. There are shops as well as a pharmacy and restaurants nearby.

In the heart of the "Schanze" is this little piece of jewelery - hidden in a side street & yet in the middle of Hamburg´s stage quarter. The apartment is perfect for 2 & nice for 4. Whether the harbor or the famous Reeperbahn, whether city center or the Hafencity with the Elbphilharmonie - from here everything is perfectly accessible. Great restaurants, cafes, shops and bars can be found directly in the neighbourhood. I put my whole heart in the this lovely place.

Die Räume sind eine eigene Einheit im Souterrain mit Tageslicht; der Bahnhof ist 3 min entfernt, Elbe und Reeperbahn sind fussläufig erreichbar, die Innenstadt in 12 min mit der S-Bahn. Herzlich Willkommen in meinem Studio mit separatem Eingang. Es erwartet euch eine gut ausgestattete Pantryküche mit einem Essplatz für 2 Personen. Vom Boxspring Bett habt ihr den Blick in den Garten. Das Duschbad ist neu renoviert. Ihr erreicht fußläufig die Bus Stationen in der Frohmestrasse . Dort sind auch alle Geschäfte, Post und Restaurants. Die Abfahrt der A 7 , Schnelsen , ist um die Ecke. Ich freue mich auf euren Besuch.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss (schräge Decken) eines Einfamilienhaus in ruhiger Lage mit sehr guter Anbindung an die Autobahn A1 und A24. Auch die U-Bahn Station "Steinfurther Allee" ist fußläufig gut erreichbar (10-12min. zur Fuß, bitte vorher die "Leitfaden zur Ankunft" im Inserat genau lesen), dann noch 17min mit der "U2" zum Hamburger Hbf. Privates, abschließbares Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung.
