There is a large living room with dining and working area, a spacious bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower and bathtub. The open, almost loft-like cut, the high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows let in a lot of light. This makes the old building look very modern.

Lütthüs Blankenese – Treppenviertel

The former washhouse was built in 1870 and completely renovated in 2014. It has a total of 22 sqm of living space over 2 floors and offers a fantastic view of the Elbe. It can accommodate 2 people overnight. However, due to the very steep staircase, the house is not suitable for babies and children under 5 years old. The non-smoking accommodation is not wheelchair accessible and pets are not allowed out of consideration for guests with allergies.

Neben fußläufigen Möglichkeiten die Natur zu genießen, sind Sie mit dem Auto in ca. 25 min. in der Innenstadt von Hamburg. Eine Bushaltestelle ist nur 2min. fußläufig entfernt. Ein großer Supermarkt mit einem Bäcker und ein ital. Restaurant sind ca. 1km entfernt. Am Eingangsbereich auf dem Grundstück befinden sich Sicherheitskameras.

This place is quietly located between the city and the countryside. By public transport, Hamburg city center can be reached very well in about 40 minutes. Here on site we have a beautiful environment with lots of nature and a charming village center. The Elbe with its fantastic beach is also just a stone's throw away and absolutely recommended!!
