Luxury self-contained annexe on the edge of the Chilterns, situated in the peaceful countryside which can be enjoyed from the hot tub, yet only 5 mins to the M40, 15 mins to Oxford Park & Ride & 15 mins to the station with trains to London taking 45 mins. It is the perfect place to relax with cosy lounge, wood burning stove, bespoke kitchen & underfloor heating. Upstairs features a super-king sized bed, seating area, luxury wet-room with underfloor heating, balcony and Jacuzzi.

The first floor annexe is accessed via a covered external staircase. Home from home, cosy but spacious one bed (2 guests) accommodation with living space and kitchen. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee/evening drinks (weather allowing) with far reaching views over the Hampshire countryside. The annexe is adjacent to our home but is entirely private for guests' exclusive use. We will welcome you, and can answer any questions but we will also respect your privacy.

Kites Nest is charming and well appointed one bedroom apartment on the grounds of Hungerford Park, minutes from the town of Hungerford, a historic market town in the heart of the North Wessex Downs of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is surrounded by stunning countryside and picturesque villages. An ideal location for exploring Berkshire, Hampshire, Wilshire and Oxfordshire and within easy access to the M4 and Hungerford station which gives access to London Paddington.

The Annexe at the Coppice - Self contained

Shalbourne is a beautiful village about 3 miles from Hungerford and 8 miles from Marlborough and in an area of outstanding natural beauty. We have a friendly village pub which has a large and varied menu and a village shop which serves delicious fresh coffee and pastries. The Annexe is a comfortable twin-bedded studio set in our 2 acre garden which has far reaching views over the surrounding countryside. There are great walks and cycle rides from our front door.

The Cottage has been recently extended and refurbished with everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable. Sitting within a historic woodland, this secluded retreat has all the creature comforts of home whilst being immersed in nature on Barrow Hill Farm. The Treehouse’s bespoke design allows you to open one side of the lodge to welcome in the sights, sounds and smells of the bluebell wood that surrounds it. The roll top bath is perfect for romantic bathing, with the doors open or shut.
