The house is in the immediate vicinity of the city center, ski slopes/summer trails and the famous Slagghaugene. The accommodation requires cleaning, bed linen and towels. Prepared ski slopes in the immediate vicinity of the cabin. And you can explore Trondheim which is within reach (50min). The cabin has four bedrooms, a cozy living room, modern kitchen, bathroom and a loft. The property is fully fenced, perfect if you bring your dog. 4-wheel drive in winter is recommended. Take care of small children, terrace has no railing.

Cozy "Stabbur", 30 min. from Trondheim

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

In winter you can also put on your skis for a cross-country trip or "ski in and out" down to Ålen ski resort. The cabin is fully equipped for a nice weekend.

Sjarmerende tømmerhytte på pynten med nydelig utsikt! To soverom, hems og anneks gir god plass. Vedovn gir lun hyttekos :) Innlagt vann til dusj og matlaging (drikkevann finnes på dunker) Skiløype rett bak hytta, fiskevann ca 10 min fottur unna. Kano og nintendo switch tilgjengelig. Det er ikke wifi, men bra dekning for 4g og 5g. Meget gode solforhold - sommer som vinter. Kullgrill finnes på terrassen og bålpanne for hyggelige kvelder står ved utsikten.

Easy access to most things, such as; ski slopes, hiking terrain, fishing, shops, cafes, spa facilities, swimming pools, alpine facilities.

The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality. Nice view of Trondheim fjord and rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive by car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In winter, the road is cleared and salted. It is an advantage to have a good winter car.
