Stor, solrik terrasse med gassgrill hvor du kan nyte solen til langt på kveld. Skjermet beliggenhet. Blåbær- og tyttebærterreng på tomta og i nærområdet. Flott turterreng både sommer og vinter. Oppkjørte skiløyper ca 100 m fra hytta, alpinanlegg, egen barnebakke. 32 km fra Røros (30 min) og kort vei til Hessdalen. Perm med mange turforslag.

Velkommen til denne eksklusive hytta i populære Damtjønna Hyttegrend! Her finnes du rikelige utendørsaktiviteter som turgåing, svømming, fiske og langrenn. Preparerte skiløyper i umiddelbar nærhet av hytta. Og du kan utforske Trondheim som ligger innenfor rekkevidde (50min). Hytta har fire soverom, en koselig stue, moderne kjøkken, bad og en hems. Eiendommen er fullt inngjerdet, perfekt hvis du tar med hunden din. 4-hjulstrekk om vinteren anbefales. Pass på småbarn, terrasse har ingen rekkverk.

Cozy "Stabbur", 30 min. from Trondheim

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Cozy cabin - close to Røros

Bring your family to this cozy cottage, where you can relax and explore various activities nearby. Large and sunny! Here you can enjoy the silence, light the fire in the fire pit or light a larger fire at the gapahuk - both summer and winter. The cabin is well located for year-round trips to Hessdalen, Rugldalen, Røros, Tydalen/Riasten. In winter you can also put on your skis for a cross-country trip or "ski in and out" down to Ålen ski resort. The cabin is fully equipped for a nice weekend.

Sjarmerende tømmerhytte på pynten med nydelig utsikt! To soverom, hems og anneks gir god plass. Vedovn gir lun hyttekos :) Innlagt vann til dusj og matlaging (drikkevann finnes på dunker) Skiløype rett bak hytta, fiskevann ca 10 min fottur unna. Kano og nintendo switch tilgjengelig. Perfekt for familieferie, kjærestehelg eller rolige dager i naturen - året rundt. Meget gode solforhold - sommer som vinter. Kullgrill finnes på terrassen og bålpanne for hyggelige kvelder står ved utsikten.

Velkommen til ei hytte som opprinnelig har vært et tradisjonelt seterhus, men som i dag fremstår som en komfortabel og moderne hytte. Om vinteren er det milevis med oppkjørte skiløyper i området. Resten av året er det flotte tur muligheter for jakt, fiske, bærplukking og fjellturer! Fasiliteter: - sengeplasser til 6 personer - strøm og innlagt vann - bad med dusj og toalett - veranda med utemøbler - bålpanne for hyggelige kvelder ute Tilgang til gapahuk ved elva Hølmåa 2-3 min unna!

Modern cabin by the lake

Modern and spacious cottage of about 140 sqm idyllically located near the beach at Selbusjøen, only half an hour's drive from Trondheim city center. Spacious with all amenities and well equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms, one of which has a combined washing machine and dryer. Two bedrooms with beds for adults and a children's room with bed for older children. In addition, there is a basement living room with a double sofa bed with two pull-out beds. TV on all floors, PS5 in the basement.

Familiehytta «Lattermild»

Familiehytta «Lattermild» har alle fasiliteter. Parkering rett utenfor hytta. I prisen er det inkludert sengetøy/håndkle og ved. Hytta ligger fritt, lite innsyn, har gode solforhold og utsikt mot fjell og Savalsjøen. Fine turstier både til fots, ski og på sykkel. Savalsjøen ypperlig for bading, fiske/isfiske, kanoturer. Lysløypa rett på utsiden av hytta. 5 min med bil til alpinanlegg, skøytebane og Nissehuset/hotell. 15 min å gå. Feltet har veibom; 80 kr kjøre inn, betaler via app.
