Charming cottage in lovely nature with sauna

Incredibly charming wooden house located on 5000m2 undisturbed surroundings next to scenic and protected area with heather heat. Occasionally a deer or two comes along. The house is located on the eastern part of the island in the area of Kromose. Quiet beach facing the Wadden Sea to the east, which is part of UNESCO's natural heritage, is only 500 m walking distance on the trail. Enjoy morning coffee and tranquillity on one of the lovely terraces or on the covered terrace. There is a great opportunity to see the northern lights during the winter months.

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Our modern, very bright, approx. 70 m² ground floor apartment with a detached house character offers you an approx. 40 m² living/dining area with an open kitchen, dining area and fireplace, an office, a shower room with a walk-in shower, a separate bedroom, a large, covered terrace with a sauna and a sunken garden. The beach, city center and train station are within walking distance in approx. 10-15 minutes. The nearest supermarket is about 250 meters away. Dogs are very welcome here!

Wonderful break on the North Sea

Relax with the whole family and friends in this beautiful wooden house in a holiday home area. A spacious kitchen open to the living room with direct terrace to the south includes everything you need. The sauna in the large bathroom promises relaxation, from the upper bedrooms you can get directly to the balcony. The North Sea, the ferry dock to the islands and Halligen, the train for excursions to Sylt or DK, restaurants and shops can be reached by foot in a few minutes.

Fantastic norderdiekhuus - Apartment West

norderdiekhuus is within walking distance of the beach and has just been fundamentally renovated and gently modernized. The light-filled apartment has been decorated with minimalist and high quality and you can enjoy a wide view over the Eiderstedter meadows. With three cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms and one guest toilet, one Danish design kitchen and modern fireplace, it offers a wonderful retreat. From the house you walk in about 10 minutes along the dike to the beach.

The (semi-) island is accessible via a causeway. The lütte Reethuus was already mentioned in 1803 and has a very special charm. The house has just been renovated with a lot of love and you will find space for up to 4 people. Nordstrand offers many leisure activities: cycling, Nordic walking, kite surfing, swimming, inline skating ... and much more. From the harbor you can reach the Halligen and neighboring islands (Pellworm, Amrum, Föhr and Sylt) by boat.

This stylish place is perfect for 2-6 people, even with a dog. If you want to take "vacation as at home", but want to enjoy the proximity to nature in a spacious garden and the immediate access to the dyke, is the right place with us. The house offers two spacious residential units with a total of 350 square meters on a plot of 1,500 square meters. The residential units can accommodate a total of 13 people. Lovingly and with care, we have furnished our thatched cottage - in the hope that you and your family and / or friends will feel at home! A newly covered, local thatched roof, the restoration of the old dormer and a careful approach to the expansion in order to preserve as much as possible - that was important to us and characterizes this unique building. Unfortunately, we are not suitable for party groups!

Four-legged friends are allowed to come along. Please dispose of their waste. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Unfortunately, barbecuing is not possible due to the thatched roof.
