The farmhouse has 4 rooms (sleeps 12) and is right in the center of Abtenau. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Abtenau is a great place to relax, recharge, hike, mountain bike or just go for a stroll. There are wonderful waterfalls, beautiful alpine pastures, an outdoor pool especially for children, mini golf, and a summer toboggan run. In winter, it is near the ski lift. The house is centrally located between Salzburg and Hallstatt, making everything easy to reach.

It is only 100 m to the valley station of the Kopfbergbahn and 1.5 km to the Donnerkogel gondola lift in Astau-Winkel. The ski & hiking bus stop is directly opposite the apartment. Numerous restaurants, a supermarket, a bank, a bakery and a butcher's shop are within minutes walking distance.

The house is located 4 km from Hallein and only 7 km from the festival city of Salzburg and is easily accessible from the nearby bus stop ( 400 m ). For athletes Sports center Rif is 2 km from the house Parking places for your cars are available directly in front of the house.

Your vacation apartment in St. Martin am Tennengebirge is located at an altitude of approx. 1,000 meters in the idyllic Lammertal valley. Surrounded by the Tennengebirge and Dachstein massif, the small community in Salzburger Land is ideal for nature lovers and active vacationers. Please note that there is no elevator in the building. The resort's general wellness area invites you to relax. The general infinity pool provides refreshment.

Our cozy apartment is located at the entrance to the Lammertal. Right from the house you can take numerous hikes, for example to the Lammertal jungle and in winter run the 10km long trail. The Dachstein West ski area with 140 km of groomed slopes is less than 5 km away. Even though our house is a little older, it is powered by 100% renewable energy. Just ask for more information.
