Newly built nature and seaside apartment.

At the end of the street, with a playground and forest outside the doorstep, is this newly built guest apartment. In Skreanäs you have 5-10 minutes to several lovely sandy beaches, including Skrea beach and Ringsegård beach, where you can drive all the way down to the beach edge by car. You have several lovely walking paths in the forest or beautiful nature and close to shopping, golf, restaurant and nightlife. The house is located with the front door straight out towards a really nice playground with BBQ. Welcome!

A cozy room close to the sea and tennis

A simple and cozy room close to the sea, station, forest and Båstad. Please note that the room is simple and small, about 10 sqm including bathroom and kitchenette. The accommodation is mainly suitable for one person but there is the possibility of stay for two people. The area is very quiet without any significant traffic. For those who want to get away from driving, there are bicycles for rent. From autumn to early summer, the space can be used as student accommodation at a very greatly reduced price.

A fresh apartment in the basement of our house with separate entry and with all the facilities. Private toilet/shower. Pls note if booking for 5 ppl, 5th person will get a separate floor mattress to sleep. car charging possible with extra chargez. Coop & bus-stop infront of house, No pets, no smoking. Bathroom across cinema-room and across the hall. Light cooking is possible. Cinemaroom NOT included but can be offered at xtra charge. As cleaning charges not included, pls leave the room clean.

Ett fint attefallshus med en sovalkov ( Familjevåningssäng, 120/80) Hela rummet med en soffa + soffbord, köksdel och ett Barbord med 2 stolar Ett sovloft med 2 madrasser ( 80 cm) Lakan och handdukar tar ni med själva ( om ni inte har möjlighet till det, finns det att hyra, meddela mig det bara så löser vi det) Ute kan ni njuta på uteplatsen eller spela trädgårdsspel på gräsmattan.

The guest suite is newly renovated with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The property is located on 9 hectares of mostly forest and surrounded by hundreds more. In the middle of nowhere yet only 10 minutes to E4. The hosts are a Swedish/American couple and are available on site. Pets are welcome! Rustic luxury!

Access to heated "endless" pool and gym by booking - 1.5h/booked night included. The toilet is located 10m away in the basement of the main building with some older pipe installation. Low ceilings. Lovely apartment close to golf, the sea and nature

Vi köpte huset förra året i detta område som vi tycker är ett av de vackraste områdena man kan tänka sig i Sverige. Det finns dessutom massor att göra förutom att bada och sola. Det finns golf, second hand butiker, gårdsbutiker och vandringsleder mm. Allt för att passa de flesta i smaken. Hjärtligt välkomna! Pia
