Our property is located in a quiet courtyard in the southeast of Chiang Mai Old City, featuring four independent teakwood houses about 90 years old. As these are traditional wooden structures, sound insulation is limited Each house has a private bathroom and toilet. Bedrooms are on the second floor and accessible by stairs. Please note there is no baby cot, According to Thai law, all guests must present a valid passport upon check-in for registration. If you cannot comply, please do not book.

A Sense of local living in family compound

Welcome to our cozy home in a local area on Wualai Road. It is near the South Gate and the Old Town. You can walk around and enjoy the calm neighborhood & visit the local market with many delicious foods. The house is private for you. There are two single beds, bathroom with warm shower, microwave, kettle & some utensils for simple meals. There is no washing machine, but you can use laundromats at the market nearby. We are happy to welcome you. Please come and feel like local people here!

Punjum House, near Old city, near Night bazaar.

Nestled just below Chiang Mai Gate is our gorgeous semi-wooden home. Punjum House is consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and showers. You can feel the moment of peace that surrounded by garden. Also, It had decorated with handicraft furniture by my family. The guest have access to the kitchen and a large communal area. Moreover, we have hand embroidery workshop that you can enjoy with us. It is a perfect place to spend time and share every moment with friends and family with the local view.

ASTRA SUITES - Large Condo by the Night Bazaar.

This new luxurious condominium is in the heart of Chiang Mai near the popular Night Bazaar. The airport is only 15 minutes away. I can arrange transportation from the airport if required. This condo is very comfortable with a large king size bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who like to eat in. There is a luxurious bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and separate shower. The toilet is in a separate adjoining room. Gym, pool, sauna on the top floor.

Hi, welcome to my house! We are lucky to have a big piece of land in the center city with quiet space surrounded. Nice to have relaxed space in our busy life. It is modified from traditional Lanna rice barn,improved to have better light,higher ceiling and comfortable facilities, fusions Japanese architecture too. The interior decor mainly are antique furniture and some art pieces. Guests use the whole house, pool and garden. All in the few key words: wooden,earthy,grounding, space.
