Green oasis in the heart of Leipzig

The villa-like, spacious rear house with its beautiful, large garden is located on a quiet side street in the Leipzig Waldstraßenviertel district not far from the Auenwald and invites you to linger and feel good. The city center, the soccer stadium as well as the Rosental or the zoo are within walking distance, but also various tram lines are close by. Very functional but homely furnishings made of modern and natural elements: oak planks, fireplace, sauna, underfloor heating, well thought-out lighting concept.
