This beautiful new home for 1-14 pers. can accommodate everything in 3 apartments from the couple to the extended family. In the middle of the nature of the eastern Elbe valley you will find peace and quiet. Activities such as hiking, fishing or rafting can, in addition to many attractions in your area, enhance your holiday. On the terraces and the large courtyard, you can enjoy the sun or sit in large circles by the bonfire. Direct neighbour is a family-run inn where you can stop for breakfast, lunch or dinner. In the next village there is a large rustic brewery.

Vacation home

Welcome to our stylish holiday apartment – ideal for families, groups and friends. Completed in 2022, the accommodation offers modern living comfort across approximately 170 m². You can expect a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sofa bed for two additional guests. Space for up to 10 people. The highlight is the bright living area with a high ceiling, exposed timber frame and a glazed Tennentor window with a view of the village square.

Idyllic apartment in an old farmhouse

Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. From here you can explore the beautiful surroundings. Bicycles are available (see photos). Additional information: Washer/dryer by arrangement for € 5 each

Viezer Mühle Country House

You will stay in a simple but charming miller's house of a historic watermill, surrounded by a spacious property in the small village of Viez in Mecklenburg. Right outside the door are hiking trails through forest, fields and to the Viezer Heide, which blooms pink in summer. Schwerin and Ludwigslust offer sights such as castles and museums. Several bathing lakes, one with a water ski facility, offer sporting variety in summer. In winter, a wood-fired barrel sauna directly on the stream beckons.

Thoroughly renovated house in nature

Here, the clocks tick a little slower: Our lovingly renovated half-timbered house is located on the outskirts of Sumte, surrounded by meadows, fields and the unique landscape of the Elbe floodplain. Look forward to sunsets from the terrace, relaxing hours in the garden sauna and plenty of space for spending time with friends or family. The Elbe, Lake Sumter and numerous bike paths are only minutes away. If you like, you can discover the Elbe floodplain on an alpaca walk with our neighbor.

Schwerin villa with garden

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

Feel-good apartment "Green Oasis" (max. 5 guests + child)

We rent a cozy, friendly, bright apartment on the 2nd floor of an old building with 2 bedrooms (1x160 bed, 1x 140 bed), great kitchen and bathroom with shower & bathtub. The sofa in the living room offers a sleeping option (squeaks a bit). The small town of Hagenow lies between the "Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve" and the "Elbe River Landscape Biosphere Reserve", and the cities of Ludwigslust and Schwerin can also be reached quickly by train. The Baltic Sea is only 1 hour away by car.

Spacious tiny house

In the heart of the Lower Saxony Elbe Valley biosphere reserve, a lovingly designed tiny house awaits you, inviting you to linger with its personal touch and thoughtful details. Just a ten-minute walk from the idyllic Sumter See, it combines living close to nature with modern comfort. The bright living room has been designed with natural materials, and large windows create a harmonious connection with the surrounding nature, so you immediately feel at home.

Tiny house with sauna and meditation offer

During your stay with us you will live in a lovingly restored, spacious construction trailer with terrace and garden area. It is also set up for long stays. In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Running cold water is only available in the trailer during the frost-free period! Horses can be brought along, 1 hectare. coupling directly on the trailer. The bathroom area and sauna are 50 m from the main house.

Apartment "Gardenview" just outside Schwerin

In front of the Schwerin gates is our over 100-year-old residential building with adjoining new building with two individually designed apartments. The "Gardenview" is suitable for both business and individual travelers. It is located on the 2nd floor and offers a light-flooded living room with a king-size bed, desk and small dining area with high chairs. An adjoining kitchen, as well as a separate shower room complete the apartment with garden views.

Country house near the Schaalsee

The house is in a very quiet location in the biosphere reserve Schaalsee. It is 10km to Lake Schaalsee, 5km to Lake Neuenkirchen, 50km to the Baltic Sea (dust-free!!!). From the house can be started directly to bike tours, on adjacent hiking trails. There is also a swimming pond on the very natural property. The house is very bright and very quiet. I also paint there and write and so there is also a large easel available. Pets have a generous spout.
