On our farm outside Sävsjö in Småland, you can stay in a modern timber house built of 300 logs of storm wood, which also was enough for a timber sauna. The holiday home has salmon knots and between the logs there is linen. The house is located in scenic surroundings. We live close to our animals and you have the opportunity to experience this. Welcome to our cozy cottage located in the middle of nature overlooking Frissjön. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet! The cottage is located 150 meters from the lake. Right on the shore there is an associated wood-fired sauna with jetty and rowboat. (Fishing license required) Directly adjacent to the cabin there are lovely forest walks with access to berries and mushrooms during the season. If you like running, there are plenty of both trails and roads. Road with few cars also provides the opportunity for both roller skis and cycling.

This house is located in a small community between "Astrid Lindgren's World" and "High Chaparral".(About 100 km to both) There is a store here, Glimten, and a popular German restaurant, "Lieblingsplatz". Nice hiking areas and lakes. Fishing cards can be purchased online. Winter: slalom slope with a lift in Sävsjö. (25 km) There is a high chair for children. Sheets and towels are available to rent.

Tranquil, renovated cottage in Småland

If you’re looking for peace and quiet and disconnecting for a while, our little cottage is the place to be. Our little oasis is located in the middle of the forest, at the end of the road – here nobody will disturb you. The house itself originates back to the 17th century, had a major renovation in the 70’s, and recently had a total makeover of the upper floor. I’m the fourth generation that recently took over and use it as a summer house, and from 2024 on renting it out when we’re not here.

Newly renovated cottage of 80 square meters that has recently undergone a total renovation. It accommodates up to 7 people, with beds in 3 bedrooms + a sofa bed with two beds. The cottage is located by a lake with a private jetty and wood-fired sauna (wood included) as well as a barbecue area to enjoy outdoor meals. The cottage has a patio on the front, a large balcony and a terrace where you can socialize, eat and sunbathe. Located about 15 minutes from Isaberg Mountain Resort.

Welcome to our pine cone This tree house is located in the beautiful Småland forest and offers a stay beyond the ordinary. It's intimate, simple and peaceful place. Here, as a guest, you sleep high up in the treetops and wake up to birdsong. Through the large windows, you can enjoy forest views as far as the eye can see. Here, you have the opportunity for maximum relaxation, but for those who want more activity, the accommodation is a good starting point for day trips.

offgrid stuga

In the woods of Asa (called the highlands of southern Sweden) we rent out our stuga. It is located in a beautiful area in Småland with many lakes, hills and forests, there are nearby bathing areas with jetties and beaches for swimming, fishing and boating. There are several hiking trails and cities nearby. (Like Växjö) The cottage is located in the woods on our property. We live off-grid and try to create a vegetable garden full of flowers every year.

One of the bedrooms is in a small separate guest house. Kitchen, a bathroom with toilet + shower and sauna. We expect well-behaved guests who respect the quiet surroundings.
