The studio is only a 5 minute drive away from Tel Aviv University, a 5 minute drive from the beach, and a 2 minuet drive to the train station and Ayalon highway (very convenient for people planning on traveling around the country). The city center is a 10 minute drive away and you'll find public transport just a 1-minute walk away. 10-minute walk to HaYarkon park. Shops, cafés and services a short walk away.

A very special house in the shape of a boat, 2 floors, 2 bedrooms (on the upper floor), spacious living room and kitchen, a very bright house, with a large outdoor deck, partly covered, partial sea view. Fully equipped kitchen, there is a guitar and a piano, a record player, 2 adjacent parking spaces (and plenty more street parking). In a great location, close to a lot of things, close to the sea, to the pedestrian mall of Zichron Yakub, shopping centers +shops, a therapeutic pool (Watsu) at a discount for our guests!
