Through the large upstairs windows you can look at the neighboring golf course - or enjoy the untouched nature. The lovingly furnished apartment MarWil is located in a two-family house in a central location, quietly located in a cul-de-sac. The large apartment (94 square meters) can accommodate 5 guests in two bedrooms and a large sofa bed in the living room. There are 2 separate entrances. The fully equipped kitchen offers a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, fridge and freezer. The fully covered terrace (30 sqm) is a special extra!

It is a beautiful, newly renovated 65 m² apartment in the heart of the picturesque village of "Ohne" near Schüttorf. The apartment is on the second floor of the building, which was completely restored in 2021 according to the historical model. The village of “Ohne” is centrally located just a few kilometers away between Schüttorf, Wettringen, Rheine, Bad Bentheim, Ochtrup, Neuenkirchen and Salzbergen, all of which can be easily reached.
