Tram House, by the sea

The main house of the former Tallinn Tram and Trolleybus assembly recreation base, where tram drivers spent their downtime together during dark counseling times. Today, there's not much to feel like it in this house anymore, as there are sleeping options, a kitchen, shower, etc. and not much has been preserved from the former decor. The sea and swimming bridge are right in front of the house, and if there is an interest in fishing, it can be easily satisfied here. In the summer, the water is warm in the sea, and if the wind blows, you can surf right away.

Family apartment of 110 m2 by Jüriöö st

Large and spacious 110 m2 private entrance part! Parking free of charge. The apartment is located in a wooden house built in the 1890s that has been stylishly and periodically renovated and includes all modern amenities. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a toilet and a stairwell. The second floor has a lounge, toilet, and three bedrooms. A bedroom with a bad bed and a crib is passable. The apartment has a WI-FI connection, TV, and air conditioners.

A lovely old town apartment in Haapsalu, where you have two cozy bedrooms, a spacious and bright kitchen-living room, and a laundry room. It can comfortably accommodate up to 5 adults (the sixth bed is for kids). The apartment also includes a balcony overlooking the castle tower and the old town cabins. Silma Retreat The Hobbit House

A luxury apartment built in to the woods. From the apartment it is often possible to observe wild animals. Jacuzzi is included. A la carte breakfast can be served for extra fee of 18€ per person. Private beaches to complete the luxury experience. Rowing boat rent on the lake is included. For additional service (250€ for a day) it is possible to enjoy traditional Estonian smoke sauna on the island. Preparing it takes approx. 8-9h, so 2 days notice would be required.

Important: Our apartment building is currently undergoing repairs to the stairwells (summer 2025). The renovation can make it a little difficult to navigate the stairwell, but getting in and out of the apartment is guaranteed.
