Het gaat hier om een eenvoudige kleine vakantiewoning die geschikt is voor bewoning voor een (klein) gezin. Het is “back to Basic” en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, maar is niet luxueus. Dit prachtige stukje natuur ligt in de nabijheid van het dorp Boekelo. Het huisje ligt geheel vrijstaand met uitzicht over weilanden en bos waar wilde reëen grazen. Boekelo ligt op steenworp afstand en ook Enschede is dichtbij genoeg voor de mensen die tijdelijk naar de UT moeten voor hun werk.

The recently renovated cottage is suitable for 2 people looking for a place to cycle, hike or relax in the hot tub with a beautiful view over meadows. This luxury cottage is full of comforts and gives a cozy and rural feeling upon arrival. The hot tub is available for an additional fee of €85.00. Please indicate when booking. This includes fresh water, limited firewood and use of luxury bathrobes.

You rent the entire apartment and therefore do not have to share spaces with others. Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Het Goede Gemoed; "Afterwards and yet close". Good cozy restaurants are plentiful and also grabbing a movie is done in no time.

Our cottage is located behind our house near the nature reserves Haaksberger- and Buurserveen. Natural swimming pool within walking distance. Enjoy the quiet surroundings and beautiful hiking and cycling tours. Price for sauna on request. From the veranda you have a beautiful view of meadows and wooden waves. The place is suitable for 1 or 2 people. For a small fee you build your own campfire. A coal barbecue is available. Use of own cooking appliances is not permitted.
