Beautiful base for wonderful hiking and cycling trips in the Twente countryside. Recreation area 't Rutbeek nearby, as well as 't Buurserzand and Witteveen. The guest house is equipped with all the comforts, including bed linen, bath and kitchen towels, but also tea, coffee, herbs, toilet paper, kitchen roll and dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher.

Het huisje ligt aan een zandweg (wandel- en fietsroute) op 1200 m² eigen, niet-omheinde grond. Meestal is het heel rustig hoewel deze route ook populair is bij andere fietsers en wandelaars (mn op zondagen). In de omgeving vind je gezellige restaurants, historische watermolens en de levendigheid van de stad.

This luxury cottage is full of comforts and gives a cozy and rural feeling upon arrival. The hot tub is available for an additional fee of €85.00. Please indicate when booking. This includes fresh water, limited firewood and use of luxury bathrobes.
