The apartment is part of a resort, therefore you can use the sauna and a unique indoor pool free of charge. In the apartment you have access to a private balcony on the ground floor and there is of course WiF available, free of charge. The apartment is equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom with shower and bathtub, living room and 2 bedrooms. You can relax in the cosy lounge of the hotel in the comfortable chairs by the fireplace, and enjoy a drink or snack for a fee. Restaurant Moods serves international cuisine and a number of regional specialties, prepared with local ingredients. Wellness facilities include a sauna with a Turkish steam bath, an indoor pool and a plunge pool. Many different beauty treatments are also available for an additional charge. Beautiful base for wonderful hiking and cycling trips in the Twente countryside. Recreation area 't Rutbeek nearby, as well as 't Buurserzand and Witteveen. The guest house is equipped with all the comforts, including bed linen, bath and kitchen towels, but also tea, coffee, herbs, toilet paper, kitchen roll and dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher.

In the surrounding area you will find cozy restaurants, historic watermills and the liveliness of the city.

The recently renovated cottage is suitable for 2 people looking for a place to cycle, hike or relax in the hot tub with a beautiful view over meadows. This luxury cottage is full of comforts and gives a cozy and rural feeling upon arrival. The hot tub is available for an additional fee of €85.00. Please indicate when booking. This includes fresh water, limited firewood and use of luxury bathrobes.

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Het Goede Gemoed; "Afterwards and yet close". Good cozy restaurants are plentiful and also grabbing a movie is done in no time.

Our vacation home is suitable for up to 4 adults, the bunk bed is only for children. Please do not book with more than 4 adults. The vacation home is located in a small-scale quiet vacation park, this park is located on a large swimming lake with many hiking and biking routes. It is a quiet park, where people also come for their peace and not to party. The house has a large garden with complete privacy, with a fireplace and a pizza oven. In short, a perfect place to enjoy!

Cozy detached vacation home for 4 people! Enjoy peace and nature: you walk from the front garden directly into the woods, and the area is perfect for hiking and biking. The cottage has a spacious terrace, where you can enjoy the sun or a cozy breakfast in the open air. Parking is available close to the house. Nearby you will find everything you need: a convenience store, restaurant, cafeteria and an ice cream parlor. The ideal place for a relaxing or active vacation!

This is a simple small vacation home that is suitable for occupancy for a (small) family. It is "back to Basic" and has everything you need, but is not luxurious. This beautiful piece of nature is in close proximity to the village of Boekelo. The cottage is completely detached overlooking meadows and forest where wild deer graze. Boekelo is a stone's throw away, and Enschede is also close enough for people who have to go to the UT temporarily for their work.
