Our Shepherds Hut newly built in 2021 sleeps 2 people and nestles nicely into it's own private space just next to the house, which is in a gorgeous rural location in the heart of Snowdonia national park. This hut has electricity, central heating, and hot water making it a cosy and warm place to stay all year round. There is an outdoor firepit/BBQ with table and bench to sit and eat, where you can take in the beautiful view. It's a perfect location for keen walkers and popular area for cyclist's.

Borth-y-Gest, quirky cottage close to coastal path

Hen Gegin is a recently renovated 18th century “out kitchen” to our main farmhouse. The cottage is ideal for a couple, is separate from our house and completely self contained with a space for parking right outside on our drive. The area is quiet and very beautiful with only a short walk to the beautiful beaches of Borth-y-Gest and Morfa Bychan. Situated between Snowdonia (Eryri) and the Llyn peninsula there is so much to explore in the area. EV charging available, please contact us for charges

Beautiful, cosy, turf roofed, woodland edge cabin

A beautiful, new and cosy hand-built wooden cabin. It's nestled on the edge of our woodland and in a corner of our small organic permaculture farm between the mountains and sea. It has a double and two single beds, electric, wood burning stove, kitchen, picnic bench, fire pit, private toilet and hot shower. The farm has fresh eggs you can collect in the morning, hammocks and a sauna. We want you feel like you are in a Swallows and Amazons adventure, a place where life is a little bit slower.

The Hut has king size bed, underfloor heating, a large shower, kitchen with induction hob, microwave oven, large fridge with freezer top. All cooking utensils & cooking pots/pans are provided. Based on the doorstep of Snowdonia National Park , sited on our 7 1/2 acre smallholding, Fron Cabin, being 2 bedrooms, bedroom one with a kingsize bed and bedroom with twin beds, complete with hot tub, is a great base for relaxing and exploring North Wales and meeting our alpacas. Only 15 mins from the nearest beach, with Portmadog, Criccieth and Pwllheli within easy reach. Just 5 miles from the historic town of Caernarfon and 30 mins to Bangor. A great area for walking and exploring.

Here is our newly completed shepherds Hut -Gwenlli a welsh name that depicts the view of Bardsey Island on the horizon. Situated in a peaceful corner of our field, nestled in the hills above the small village of Talybont in Snowdonia. Overlooking cardigan bay and boasting panaramic views from the Snowdon mountain range in the north to witnessing a memorable sunset over the Lleyn peninsula with a drink in your hand whilst relaxing in the easy to use electric jacuzzi hot tub.

Y Felin Lifio, Annex, Snowdonia.

Set amongst the Snowdonia National Park countryside, the annex offers a cosy, quiet retreat next to a garden stream and waterfall. Used as part of the original sawmill as a store room for the timber, this converted outbuilding has kept its historic character alongside modern features. The building is detached, self-contained & set away from the owner's house with a shared driveway and access up to Llyn Mair (only 15 mins away) from a garden entrance.
