Very nice cottage, capacity for up to 10 people, located at 1500 m altitude, in the heart of the Ariégeoises Pyrenees. Mountain views and quiet environment in a small pine forest. The Chalet is spread over 3 levels: - an entrance, living room, dining room and a bathroom on the ground floor - on the 1st, a large bedroom with four beds, a landing with TV and extra bed, a bathroom - on the 2nd, two bedrooms each with 2 beds Cleaning not included. Located in the center of the Guzet 1400 resort, this family accommodation is close to the slopes, a grocery store and a rental store (ski, bikes, etc.). It has a parking space in the basement with elevator access. The residence has an indoor pool, and a laundry room. A 5-minute drive, the municipal pool is open in the summer season.
