The Tyrolean is a classic small Aspen Lodge, family owned, full of ski history. Rooms are clean, well maintained, spacious and feature fully equipped kitchenettes and refinished bathrooms. Our sixteen comfortable hotel rooms are ideal for the budget minded travelers. Ski museum memorabilia, historic Aspen maps, and Elk Mountain photos throughout the property. Centrally located on Aspen’s Main Street, walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants, bars, Aspen Mountain and Music Festival events.

Settle in after a day of skiing or hiking at our pet-friendly Grand Lodge studio! Featuring two king beds, a modern kitchenette, high-speed WiFi, and smart TV. Dive into the Grand Lodge’s on-site amenities: hot tub, pool, gym, and steam room. Unwind by the fireplace in the lobby. You’ll be perfectly situated in Mountaineer Square: steps from the lifts and adjacent to the free shuttle that gets you to Elk Ave in 10 minutes. We are dog-friendly with payment of a $130 pet fee. Two dogs maximum.

Sweetgrass Paonia - #1 Private Room & Bath

Enjoy this centrally-located private room at the end of Grand Avenue in Down Town Paonia. Walk to local restaurants, shopping, the Paradise Theatre, & visit Sweetgrass downstairs to get your morning coffee, breakfast, pastries, & lunch. Private bathroom & shower in room. DOG FRIENDLY for dogs 15lbs or less! Please specify in your request if you would like to bring your dog. Include: breed, age, & temperament. We do require a $100 deposit + $20/per night. Your dog must remain with you.

Motel Room with Bunks + Kitchenette in Downtown

This spacious, fully renovated motel room with private access and a private bath comfortably sleeps 4 people. It has two bunk rooms, each featuring twin bunk beds and a spacious leather couch seating area. Our kitchenette is stocked with a dishwasher, hot plate with pots and pans, and a toaster oven. Guests can also enjoy our beautiful courtyard, complete with cozy gas firepits—a perfect spot to relax! Note this room is on the second floor and is only accessible by stairs.

The Roosevelt

What a lovely space on one end of the Lodge! You can sit here and look down the valley at such beauty. The Hideaway was named after the Roosevelt Mine, which opened in 1907 after the gold and silver crash, reportedly closing in 1919 due to differences amongst the owners. Although it never operated commercially after that time, veins were pursued until the 1930’s. President Roosevelt actually visited Pitkin and stayed at the local hotel which is still in operation.

Our Mixed dorm has a total of 8 twin beds available. This room uses a shared bathroom down the hall that has multiple showers and toilet stalls. With clean beds, our all access kitchen and lots of hot water, our Inn is an ideal resting place for the road-weary explorer. We have large common rooms for quiet reading or socializing with fellow explorers. The hostel gives its guests the feeling of a home on the road. Activities are endless in our beautiful area!

Away from it all! Explore an area rich in history and outdoor activities: abundant hiking, fishing, canoeing, and jeep tours in the summer; amazing colors and hunting in the fall; backcountry/xc skiing and sledding in the winter. Play outside all day and curl up inside afterwards with a good book or movie. Pet friendly w/fee. Easy access on maintained roads (snow tires or AWD is recommended for Marble winters, though). Close to trails and lake.

St Moritz Lodge / Standard Room

Standard Lodge with private bath and 32 inch Flat screen TV. Has a double and a twin Bed, Small refrigerator in the room. Depending on the time of the year minimum night stays are required. General minimums are 3 nights in winter season, 2 nights over the weekend in the summer season. Some special events are 4-5 nights.
