The four-sided courtyard from 1844 in a quiet location has been expanded into a cultural location where plays are produced at regular intervals in the large barn. Behind the theater barn is a large meadow with fruit trees and a vegetable garden.

Surrounded by dense forests and min. 7 lakes nearby. There are chickens, fresh eggs, peace, a wooden sauna with swallow bucket and stunning views over the Erlenwald.
