The central apartment is ideal for coming with a partner, family or friends to disconnect and visit the village and the Costa Brava area. A three-minute walk to the local parking lot. This 44m2 studio/ apartment, located in a very quiet area of residential Begur and only a 20 minute walk to the town center. This fantastic studio offers a full equipped kitchen, beautiful spacious bathroom with large shower, WC and wash hand basin. The sleeping area has a double bed with direct excess to private chill out lounge area. There is also an indoor lounge area with two chairs & coffee table.

Fantastic! With a pool, beach and parking

It's perfect, it has Everything. An 8 minute walk from Cala Canyelles, the best cove in Rosas and 3 km from the center of Roses. Chic neighborhood. PK to park 1 car. Yes WIFI. Large pool, 09/15 No🏊‍♀️, terrace to eat well 4 people. Large community area with summer salon. Community only for 16 apartments, making it very quiet. 2 rooms to sleep comfortably 4 people. The couch has a bed inside. It has dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, gas stove, washer and dryer.
