Please note that as a legal requirement, a Tourist tax fee is paid on arrival in Spain (not included in the reservation), and Passport details will be required on arrival. The top quality of all the furniture, beds, sofas and appliances, and the detailistic decoration, which combines design and contemporary pieces with antiques, makes this a unique apartment. You have a lovely terrace with a table and chairs where relax taking a drink or breakfast, wifi, cable TV...and all the details you can imagine, like first-aid kit, sewing kit, trolley for going shopping, high chair, cot, an office table, rain shower, air conditioned and heating, dishwasher, washer, dryer, several coffee machines...anything you need for a long or short stay. Guest can access of course the apartment in exclusive, terrace, and the garage. I answer fast when asked by email, or I'm always easily reachable by mobile. I live close to the apartment, and have family same block, so I am around the apartment area often, and might come to see you and check how you are, if you agree. I will ask you during your stay if you need anything!!! Take a short walk to restaurants, supermarkets, shopping mall Diagonal Mar, Rambla Poblenou, the Barcelona promenade, and Mar Bella Beach. Discover the city with buses across the street and the metro just three blocks away. This is a luxury neighborhood, with all you need steps away, several supermarkets, restaurants (the amazing cooking school across the street!!), local market, shopping mall, and tons of children playgrounds (one in the same building private garden), the beach is just there!! In the apartment street itself, C. Provençals, you have an underground (Metro) stop only 3 blocks away. Station name "Selva de Mar" line 4 (yellow). This is 5-7 minutes walking to the station. In example to go to the cathedral from the apartment by underground it takes only 10-to-15 minutes ( 7 stops: Selva de Mar- Jaume I). The public transport system in Barcelona is at the highest level in Europe. You can buy a “T-10” transport card for less than 10 euros valid for 10 travels for both bus or underground (not valid for Airport "airbus" shuffle to city) at any underground station. There are automatic machines that sell them in all stations. Otherwise a single ticket's cost is 2€ so it's really worth buying the card, that you can share (it's not individual). Also bus stops only 50m away, and the access by car to “ronda litoral” which is the internal “motorway” that goes underground in the city center is only 100m distance. Also you have three touristic “hop on – hop off” bus stops between only 50-100m away! For transport from the airport you can take a taxi which is fast and affordable. Probably around 35-40€ depending on traffic. Should not take more than 35-40 minutes from airport to the apartment. You can ask me to send you detailed instructions, should you wish to take public transport. The apartment atmosphere and the service I will offer you will make your stay unforgettable!!!. Bohemian Dreams at a Plant-filled Design Loft near the Beach

The loft was here before we moved in. It is one of the oldest buildings in Poblenou. The apartment was transformed into a big open space that includes a kitchen, a dining area, a sofa, a TV, an office space, and the bedroom. The place is in the ground floor, so it is accessible by disabled people and family with a child. We enjoy the afternoon sun and the mornings. We have sun shining into the entrance and the terrace. We've kept a lot of the industrial fittings in the space, and a lot of the furniture we've implemented follows this industrial design. One should not forget that it used to be an industrial space until earlier this year, and it's not a conventional apartment. It's one big open space, and the guest room is separated. Guests will have full access to the apartment. The accommodation includes a big open kitchen, dining area, sofa and TV area, bathroom, bedroom, terrace and plenty of space. We are usually available and love to interact with our guests. However, there are moments in which we are not available to our guests because we have our own plans. We also respect the fact that you may have plans, and don't have time to interact with us. However, we would like to enjoy a meal together at least, either a brunch or an evening snack. Our neighborhood is a vibrant, and up and coming area of Barcelona, it's a maximum 5 minutes walk to the beach, and the yellow Metro line crosses just straight outside the apartment. You need to remember the Selva de Mar stop. Around the block, there are some small restaurants and bars, there is a big supermarket called Mercadona for late night snack shopping (until 9:15 pm) or in Diagonal shopping center (until 10:00 pm). Or if you need to buy red wine for dinner. If you walk another two blocks to the South you'll find the Rambla del Poblenou, that is a pedestrian street and has numerous bars and restaurants of different quality. The Rambla Poblenou is straight all the way from Diagonal to the beach. If you like to eat tapas we can recommend you a restaurant that it is called La Tertulia in La Rambla del Poblenou or the another option is Bitacoras Restaurant near to the Rambla. If you like to eat Mexican food, “Los chilis” in La Rambla del Poblenou is a very good choice. But if you´re vegan or vegetarian, there is a vegan restaurant in front of the apartment, inside the Factory/Garden (Palo Alto) which opens Monday to Saturday. The last recommendation is “El Traspaso” which is in the corner and it is good option for the night:) You can end the night with a good cocktail and a Bloody Mary. The metro yellow line runs opposite to the beach, 5 minutes walk distance and the metro station you should look for is Selva de Mar. One thing to remember is that we are having our business registered in the space, we are freelancers, and work from home, but if someone asks, you are simply friends visiting us. Poblenou is a vibrant, up-and-coming area, with small cafes, art studios, and a pedestrian street with many restaurants and bars. The beach is just five minutes' walk away, and the yellow Metro line crosses right outside the apartment.

XVII A tan sólo 12 km de Figueres, ciudad natal del gran genio del surrealismo Salvador Dalí y entre un abanico de playas de ensueño, pueblos históricos y parques naturales. Con fácil acceso desde la autopista AP-7 y hacia las playas. La zona ofrece numerosas actividades que permiten a todos disfrutar al máximo de las maravillosas posibilidades de esta región. .Zona de parking, Entrada y jardín común .Nosotros vivimos en la misma finca, por lo que estamos a su disposición cuando lo necesiten, para informarles de la zona, tiendas donde comprar, sitios para visitar, restaurantes donde comer etc. Es un pequeño pueblo tranquilo, donde se pueden dar paseos caminando o en bicicleta y con el coche en pocos minutos estas en la playa. Figueres para visitar el Teatro Museo Salvador Dalí y en Cadaquès, precioso pueblo pescador donde se encuentra Portlligat para visitar la casa museo de Dalí parada de autobús junto a la finca. se puede aparcar en el exterior de la finca o en el parking en el interior de la misma Desde nuestra casa estan cerca de preciosas playas, unas mas convurridas y otras mucho mas tranquilas, del llamada triangulo Daliniano, formada por el teatro-museo Salvador Gala Dalir, su casa de Portlligat al lado de Cadaqués y el Castillo de Pubol última casa donde vivio el genio del surrealismo. La Preciosa ciudad de Girona con su casco antiguo de los mas bellos del país y muchos otros pueblos medievales y pesqueros.
