This charming house, completely renovated this year, is newly equipped to welcome you, with an enclosed garden. 2 minutes from the preserved beaches and the fishing port, the center of Guilvinec, the large Sunday morning market, you can enjoy the local charm of this Breton village. Come and discover the fishing boats, which return to the Port around 5 p.m. to sell their fish. This house also has a 2nd rental, a completely independent ground floor apartment for 4 people.

Waterfront house!

Brittany as you dreamed of it! It is an old fisherman's house that we have just rebuilt and which will be the place of your unforgettable vacation! Overlooking the beach of Men meur, it will allow you to go swimming, or fishing or go to the market on foot, or to the port to pick up your langoustines that the fishing boats have just dropped off, or to take long walks by bike or on foot along the coast... or simply do nothing but admire the ocean right in front of you!

Ideally located 1.8 km from the charming port of Lesconil and the large white sandy beach. Living room, open kitchen, living room/wood-burning stove, sofa bed, bathroom: shower and toilet. Upstairs on mezzanine, the staircase to access it is steep, with 2 beds (90 x 200). Beds are made on arrival for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. Possibility of lunch/dinner outside in the shared courtyard of this Breton farmhouse (south facing). Baby kit available on request.

150 m2 accommodation in a residence in the center of Guilvinec, 700 m from the beach. Completely renovated in 2024. In a very quiet setting, it has a 1000 m2 private garden. A private, heated and secure salt-treated (no chlorine) pool, a large 190 m2 terrace, and a veranda. Open from April to end of September. The rest of the year and only a Jacuzzi is available. It offers beautiful spaces, and all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay.

My place is close to the bakery (200 m), supermarket (200 m) and beaches (3 km). In the village, located in a cul-de-sac, you will appreciate the house for its comfort and tranquility. Guests can enjoy a 700 m2 enclosed garden that is not overlooked. My place is good for families. Children will have toys, books, a swing and a cabin.
