The house is a truly cozy cocoon (completely renovated in 2025) and features a living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, lounge area, and dining table overlooking a charming south-facing garden. On the ground floor: bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs, a landing leads to two small attic bedrooms.

Beautiful white sand beach 700m walking distance, Port de Ste Marine (shops, bar, restaurants) also 500m walk. Large terrace in the south of the house. You will feel at home there according to your favorite season. For fish & seafood lovers you can directly buy them at the harbor within a 5-minute walk.

Ty glaz- Secured heated pool - 700 m from beach

150 m2 accommodation in a residence in the center of Guilvinec, 700 m from the beach. Completely renovated in 2024. In a very quiet setting, it has a 1000 m2 private garden. A private, heated and secure salt-treated (no chlorine) pool, a large 190 m2 terrace, and a veranda. Open from April to end of September. The rest of the year and only a Jacuzzi is available. It offers beautiful spaces, and all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay.

Relax in this quiet and stylish home 5 minutes from the beach and children's games and 7 minutes from the shops, port and market. The house has an enclosed garden, a 25 m2 terrace (East) equipped with garden furniture.
