Beautiful bright accommodation, facing south on the 2nd floor, located at the commercial port facing the 3rd basin. you will enjoy sitting on the sofa or having lunch with a beautiful view of the commercial port. The living room is very nice and just makes you want to discover the horizon. The bedroom includes a 160*200 bed, a large closet and a desk. A second quality sleeping area is available in the living room. Bathroom with a double sink and an XXL shower. Separate toilet.

Agréable studio dans une résidence sécurisée. Idéal étudiant ou jeune actif. Refait à neuf et très bien équipé. Surface de 28 m2 + terrasse exposition Sud avec une très belle vue dégagée. Place de parking réservée, digicode, ligne de bus 13 aux pieds de la résidence pour rejoindre le centre-ville en 15 mn. A proximité du CHU, du parc des Expos et du magnifique parc de Penfeld.
