Cozy townhouse in a quiet rural setting of Granada. Located in a beautiful valley at the foot of Sierra Nevada, 25 minutes from Granada, 25 minutes from La Alpujarra and 25 minutes from the beach. The house has two floors and an outdoor patio with a small pool, exclusively for you. The ground floor is open-plan with a living room, dining room, kitchen, small toilet, and patio. Upstairs are the bedrooms and full bathroom. There are hiking trails within a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.

It is a traditional house located on the edge of the village overlooking the highest peaks of the peninsula, Mulhacén 3482 and Veleta. Be careful with your mobility because there are many slopes in the village and stairs in the house. During summer on the "terrace" there may be flies and smells of cattle because there is a goat pen nearby. You can park or use the small parking lot of Las Espeñuelas for loading and unloading, which is 15 meters from the house, but first make sure you can drive.

Upstairs, there is a living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, a toilet, and a small terrace.

The dream of an Andalusian country house

The biggest draw of the house is its location, with a stunning view of the Sierra Nevada National Park and Canales Reservoir. It is very well connected with downtown Granada and the ski resort of Sierra Nevada, only half an hour driving. About pets, they are allowed but paying a surcharge of €30 for a pet apart from the reservation, check with the hosts.
