Comfortable lakeside house!

Come and relax at Casa de las Aves, the House of the Birds, a comfortable and peaceful lakeside country house where more than 80 species of birds have been seen. Beautifully located a 2 minute walk from the Rio Genil river and Canales Lake and a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the nice mountain village of Guejar Sierra, the house makes a great base for exploring the highly variable local area at all times of year. 30mins drive to the ski resort or Granada city and 1hrs drive to the beach.

"El Bujio de Güejar Sierra" is a charming studio located in the heart of the municipality, opposite the Church of Our Sra. del Rosario and the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, with a bus stop right at the door. It is surrounded by bars and restaurants to taste its fabulous cuisine, as well as supermarkets, pharmacy, and butchers. It is 20 minutes from Granada, 30 minutes from Sierra Nevada by the Hazallanas road, and 1 hour from Motril. Perfect for sky and hiking enthusiasts, with plenty of routes.

Sheridan's House

This beautiful unique house is close to the village plaza where there are shops, bars and restaurants. It is a 4 floor property with a living room and fireplace, 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 single bed, both with wonderful views of the mountains. There are 3 bathrooms (one on each of the first 3 floors). The rooftop terrace offers incredible views of the village and the mountains. There are several hiking routes from the village and free public parking within approximately 4 minutes walk.

The apartment is ideally located in the centre of Guejar Sierra near the main plaza and close to bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. This traditional village house is a fantastic base for exploring the beautiful natural environment for hiking, cycling, skiing or just relaxing in the countryside. Places of interest: The location of the house is very close to Sierra Nevada at 25 km and 18 km from Granada and the Alhambra, the coast at 60 km and Nerja at 100 km. You will love my place because of the views from the terrace and from the living room. The terrace is surrounded by pots to enjoy the tranquility and relaxation. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, and families (with children).
