The house is brand new (2024) and ready to enjoy. The pool is ready to use! At the moment the pool does not have a heater for the cold season

Our accommodation is a fully remodeled private house located in a quiet area, two blocks from the pier and downtown Guaymas and just 15 minutes from Miramar beaches and 20 minutes from the beautiful beaches of San Carlos by car. It has all the basic services, as well as Wi-Fi, a pleasant atmosphere, modern decor and a spacious backyard with its barbecue.
