The property in question has 2 balconies, 1 access to the kitchen(barbecue) and another access to the single room (front to street). The building, offers quiet street, and great location(2 qdr. of the sea). Nearby there is Restaurant, Market, Panif., Pharmacy, Sorv., Bar, Bca. de Jornal, among others.

The apartment is located on the corner of Café Curaçao! On the same block, there are two restaurants, an ice cream parlor, a pharmacy, a bikini shop and a beverage distributor. In front of Curaçao is the Brasão supermarket (now with a food court and cinema!) Available in the apartment are 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, a cart that turns into a table for transporting beach items, a large cooler and a frescobol. Just arrive and enjoy!
