Beautiful house amidst the lush nature, in the Vale da Boa Esperança condominium. Ideal for adults and children to relax amid waterfall baths and in the natural pool of pure and crystal clear water (direct access inside the plot of the house!). With tennis court, swimming pool, (no skateboard ramp) game room and TV, soccer field, and a lot of flat grassy space. (Note: in the next few days I may not have internet access during the afternoons, and I will be able to answer queries in the morning and evening).

Located near Tijuca Forest, easy access to tourist attractions and the city center. One of the mildest temperatures in the city. Green living area with daily visits from wild birds and, with luck, visits from species such as: marmosets, capuchin monkeys, toucans...
