Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. Da casa saindo pela área da varanda se caminha alguns passos p o jardim e vc tem visão do mar , a casa está localizada numa quadra que não tem entrada pública ficando o local mais reservado. A quadra possue um jardim limpo e arborizado, que leva o hospede ate a praia ! Da sala da casa se ve o gramado e se ouve o canto dos pássaros e é possível ouvir o barulho do mar!
