A vacation apartment, about 100 square meters in size, is rented directly at the harbor of Großräschen. The apartment includes 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a tub, a toilet and a separate toilet. A large balcony overlooking the lake invites you to relax. The Großräschen harbor (opening expected in 2021) is part of the Lusatian Lake District, which also includes Lake Senftenberg. About 10-12 flooded open-cast mines are navigable, which are connected by overpasses (currently still partially under construction). Countless kilometers of paved bike paths around the lakes or through the forests make the Lusatian Lake District a paradise for nature lovers, cyclists, skaters and hikers. Numerous other activities are possible: jet ski rental, horseback riding, quad and jeep tours, canoeing, sailing and of course swimming on fine sandy beaches. The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of Lake Senftenberg, the Lausitzring and also the Spreewald. Due to the direct connection to the A13, excursions to Dresden (60 km), Berlin (100 km) or Tropical Island (70 km) are conceivable.

Very close to an emerging lake and the Altdöberner Schloss, the vacation home is located in the middle of the town center on the market square. Perfect for families and communities, also ideal for cyclists/motorcyclists. Dogs are welcome and can take a little walk in the fenced and non-visible garden. The garden is also safe for children. The terrace invites you to linger. Shopping opportunities within walking distance... Sights Spreewald/Lusatian Lake District can be reached in max. 30 minutes.

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

First row of beach right on the lake with views of the water in the distance. Sunsets from the terrace overlooking the F60. The house has a hot tub and sauna. The site is located in a local recreation area with other vacation homes in the vicinity. In direct bypass is the F60 conveyor bridge as an impressive industrial monument. Between the houses and the beach, the beach promenade leads around the lake and invites you to take exuberant beach walks.

In a quietly located garden house you can enjoy your stay undisturbed. The garden house has a toilet with sink and a passage to the shower. In addition, you have a well-equipped kitchenette. Air conditioning is available for warm seasons. The couch is also a double bed and can be converted in a short time. Storage for bicycles/motorcycles is possible. Please understand that the pool is not part of the rental!

The apartment is located near the center of Senftenberg. The apartment is 55 m² and consists of a large living room, open kitchen with bar, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, washing facilities and toilet. Free parking is available in front of the house. A closed parking space with carport (approx. 200 m away) would also be available for a fee.

Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich in unserer Villa und liegt direkt am Stadthafen mit Badestelle und Kinderspielplatz. Ein wunderbarer Ort für junge Familien, aber auch Rad-Urlauber, Rennsportfans und reisende Senioren-WGs. Kinder bis 2 Jahre wohnen bei uns kostenlos.
