We invite you to our beautiful vacation home with approx. 80 square meters of living space & terrace. The fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room, 3 bedrooms (first floor/attic) and a cozy living room invite you to linger. In addition to a modern bathroom (first floor) with shower, tub, underfloor heating and hairdryer, a separate toilet (attic floor) is also available. For the little ones, a trampoline, swing, sandbox, playhouse with slide and a playground are available in the garden.

In Nullkommanichts ist man an allen wichtigen Orten im Lausitzer Seenland/Spreewald. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich fußläufig. Das Haus, welches liebevoll renoviert/möbliert wurde, verfügt über 1 Doppelbett, 1 Tagesbett für zwei, ein Babybett, 2 Bäder, eine vollausgestattete EBK, ein geräumiges Wohn-/Esszimmer, Fahrräder und Innenhof mit Stellplatz.

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

Auf zwei Etagen und einer großzügigen Dachterrasse mit Loungemöbeln lassen sich erholsame Stunden allein oder zu zweit verbringen. Möchten Sie entspannen, bietet die Ferienwohnung alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigen. Im Sommer bietet die Dachterrasse zum Sonnenbaden ein. Im Winter punktet die Ferienwohnung durch einen Panorama-Kamin.

Haus Steffine is situated in the small town of Annahütte in the south east of Brandenburg. The apartment is nicely decorated and bright, it is also located near the Lake Annahütter See, easily accessible by public transport and is therefore an ideal holiday spot. The 75 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.

The supposedly longest inland sandy beach in Europe is right outside the front door. The property is equipped with sheets.
