The large upper deck invites you to relax and sunbathe. There are no direct neighbors other than the twin houseboat "Opa Wilhelm".

On about 60 m², up to 4 guests (+2 extra beds) will find space to feel good. Chill area for kids on the gallery, private sauna wellness times can be reserved, child-friendly beach in 10 minutes by foot. Laundry packages can be booked for a fee, early check-in & late check-out on request.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

The proximity to the beach, the private terrace with lounge and gas grill, bright and Nordic-style rooms, spacious bedrooms with sea views, a bathtub and fast Wi-Fi guarantee great holidays in any weather - in summer even with your own beach chair! Home office is also possible in the cozy work corner. The shared garden offers space for children and dogs, and the shed has space for your bicycles.
