Picturesque row house village with the acclaimed Carlas café. Sea views. Nice, quiet sandy beach within walking distance. Bicycles are available to borrow. Close to Grönhögen where there is an ICA, café, pizzeria, tennis, padel and golf. Cleaning is not included

Welcome to your newly renovated vacation home on scenic Öland! In the quiet and idyllic Södra Bruket is Villa Sälvik, a wooden villa from 1806, one of five workers' houses at Södra Bruket's alum factory. Villa Sälvik is located right by the sea, nature reserve, golf course and Alvaret and is the perfect base for bird watching. The apartments have been renovated in the spring of 2025 and this is the first summer they are rented out. All in a high modern standard with preserved charm.

Enjoy the sea and nature in our quiet little oasis. The cottage is located on Boholmarna, 15 minutes by car from central Kalmar. Here you have the cottage and the entire lake property to yourselves. There are many patios on the property and for bad weather there is also a glassed-in terrace. Take a dip at your own little beach or at one of the public swimming piers nearby. Or borrow two stand-up paddleboards and paddle around the islands. Sheets and towels are included.
