This newly renovated cozy cabin is located in the middle of the forest in the Småland highlands. The cottage is close to hiking trails and lakes and by car close to the unique wooden town Eksjö, the moose park in Skullaryd and skurugata. If you want to go on a day trip, it's an hour to Astrid Lindgren's world. All of the rooms in the cottage are newly renovated with care to preserve the feeling of this soldier cottage from the 18th century. There are 4 beds and a sofa bed. Fishing is available as you have access to a boat about 1.5 km from the cabin.

The holiday home has lax knots and between the logs it is linen. The house is located in scenic surroundings. We live close to our animals and this you have the possibility to participate in. Log cabin outside Jönköping overlooking Granarpssjön. You have access to the dock, swimming raft and boat (boat with electric motor 50 SEK/day) The lake is about 10 meters from the cabin. You'll even have access to the wood-fired sauna on the property. The accommodation is well-suited for families of up to 4 people. There are wonderful hiking/biking opportunities in the area. Taberg, a 15-minute bike ride away, has a nature reserve with several hiking trails. Jönköping is 15 km away. The property has its own patio.

About 4 km from the cottage, there is a grocery store, pizzeria and train station.

Welcome to Älmesås! You will stay in your own little house on our farm. Within ten swedish miles you will reach Astrid Lindgrens Värld, Kosta Boda, High Chaparall among other nice places. You will stay in a very calm and quiet environment. If you take a walk, perhaps you will meet our nice Highland Cattles. You also can spend some time together with our bunny , four cats and the goats Iris, Diesel and texas. Perhaps you can get eggs from the chickens. The rooster Charlie says "Good morning"!

Welcome to Värneslätt 5. Here you can enjoy a rural location with neighbours within sight. The wooden town of Eksjö is a nice getaway as well as Astrid Lindgren's world. In front of the cottage, the Solgenån river flows, where you can swim, fish or take a trip with a canoe that is available to borrow. If you are looking for a well-maintained swimming area, Mellby swimming area is a couple of kilometres away. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis.

Kvarnstugan

In Kvarnstugan, which was built in 1840, you live in a house with its own character right next to the flowing water in the river. The house is on a slope and trees grow around it. The garden is a meadow and behind the house begins the forest. In the vicinity of the house, there are two ponds and 700 meters away is a lake. In the lake you can swim and fish. We have a small boat that you can rent per day, SEK 75. You have neighbors but at a proper distance.

If you bring your own boat, there is a ramp for launching.
