Our penthouse (approx. 150 square meters) has a style all its own. The roof terrace is especially great in summer. Absolute feel-good atmosphere right in the city center. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. The Mainz Carnival is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade. Unfortunately, there is a construction site in the neighborhood right now. Therefore, sometimes a little louder.

Welcome! You will be staying just a couple of minutes walking to cozy, hip "Berger Street" offering several restaurants, Cafés and Shopping opportunities right in front of the door! Great connections to the airport (35min) and the Frankfurt Fair (15min) The apartment is located on the so called "Naxosgelände" with the "Willy Praml Theatre", "Die Käs" and Mousonturm offering diverse, daily cultural events right on the premises. A nice grocery store is located just across the street!

Zuhause bedeutet Ankommen und Wohlfühlen. Hochwertig, ruhig und mit allem ausgestattet, was deinen Aufenthalt leicht und angenehm macht: Tempurmatratzen, schöne Bettwäsche, voll ausgestattete Küche mit großzügiger Erstausstattung, Schreibtisch, gutes WLAN, eigener Eingang, Tageslichtbad. Ich habe es so eingerichtet, wie ich selbst am liebsten Urlaub machen würde. Ein Ort für Menschen, die nicht nur übernachten, sondern willkommen sein wollen und die kleinen Dinge schätzen.

The Worms water tower is considered one of the most beautiful water towers in Germany. On the first floor, it offers a luxurious small city apartment (approx. 80 m²), which surprises with original round arches and plenty of light (6 large windows). Couples will feel comfortable here. You can have a cultural, sporty and/or romantic vacation. But business travelers will also find the opportunity to work online in peace and relax in a spacious ambience in the evening.

Beautiful guest house with terrace, garden, parking

Well suited for business travelers. Mannheim, Heidelberg, Darmstadt and Frankfurt are easily accessible by highway A5 /A67 or public transport. Workplace with Wi-Fi available in the house. A relaxing evening can be enjoyed in the accommodation as well as in the surrounding area. Family-friendly, occupancy is possible with 2 adults and 2 children. Playground in the street, many excursion destinations such as swimming pool, rock pool, hiking in the nearby area.

Artist apartment with very good amenities

The apartment is located in a quiet residential street, between Darmstadt and Weiterstadt. It is well connected to public transportation (RMV). In our street (approx. 3-minute walk), the bus runs every 30 minutes. The F bus can be reached in approx. 10 minutes, it runs every 15 minutes. Darmstadt central train station is less than 2.5 km away. Likewise, the connection to the highway. Frankfurt can be reached in 20 minutes. The Loop 5 shopping center is nearby.

Nierstein: At home among vineyards and the Rhine

"Nierstein is like vacation" say all guests who have visited this beautiful little town from other parts of Germany. Your room with a spacious bathroom, spacious hallway and the possibility to prepare breakfast is located on the outskirts of Nierstein, directly next to the vineyards overlooking the Rhine. The train station is about 8 minutes, to Nierstein market square with the many nice restaurants and wineries about 15 minutes.

Relaxing by the forest

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.
