Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly octagon house built in the 1850s in Seneca County Ohio. On the 3 acre wooded lot, you may want to set inside and enjoy the view of the outside from the many windows or swing under the tree and enjoy nature. You can go for a walk or a bike ride on the quiet country road or take a walk around the 1.6 mile reservoir, fishing is also an option. We are just 15 minutes from Fremont, Tiffin and Bellevue. The apartment sleeps up to 4 and has one queen bed and one queen pull out couch bed. It is located next to wonderful neighbors in a dog friendly neighborhood. Off street parking is available through alley, acces behind the apartment. It is a charming place to stay on vacation or traveling for work!

Downtown Tiffin is at the end of the street where you will find many local shops and eateries.

Rusty's Loft

Rusty's Loft is a second story chalet style one room apartment. With 360 degree views of farm fields, woods and a pond. There is a large wrap around deck with comfortable furniture. The 900 sf space includes a full bath and full kitchen with all appliances and accessories. The full bath is fully furnished with lots of towels and bathroom necessities. There’s a campsite behind the loft with a double swing and rocking chairs as well as a fire pit and included firewood.
