It has a bedroom with a queen bed, a bedroom with two twin beds, a pull-out futon in the living area and another pull-out futon on the enclosed porch, kitchen, bathroom and a large screened porch facing the lake with patio furniture. WiFi, TV for streaming purposes, bath towels, dishes & cooking utensils are included.
