Our property is close to a beautiful sandy beach which is accessible by car within a 2-minute drive. It is 20 min from Dunedin's airport, 15 min to Dunedin's CBD and a 5 min drive to famous Tunnel beach. All linen and towels provided, private bathroom, free onsite parking, and unlimited wifi.

This 'tiny home' is set in our beach garden and a 2 minute stroll down the access track will take you onto a stunning beach. The studio is comfortable, warm and ideal for a 1 night getaway. There are limited cooking facilities but a 7 minute drive takes you to Green Island where you'll find Fresh Choice, McDonald's, Biggies pizza and other takeaway shops. Popular Brighton Beach and cafe is a 5 minute drive away, the CBD 20 minutes and Dunedin Airport is also a 20 minute drive.
