Our wooden home has been built with one thing in mind. Calmness and peace. Here you will have the chance to relax and enjoy nature. The house has a fully equipped kitchen. A full-size fridge, oven, microwave as well as an espresso coffeemaker. The bathroom is spacious and offers a rain-shower. The bedroom has an attic with a single bed, a double bed, a closet as well as a small desk. The main area, the living room has a four-seat comfortable sofa, a TV, and a wood-stove. EV charger available.

Enjoy the peace and quiet of this beautiful small stone house with fire place at the edge of the forest in the small village of Oxia, just 10 minutes walk from small Prespa lake. The house dates back to 1920 and has been fully renovated in 2014 with custom made design executed by local materials and artisans. Our house is 22 km away from the city of Chalkida, half an hour by car. Athens airport is 115 Km. away, one and a half hours by car. The beach of Politika is only 15 minutes away (11 km). You can buy your food and supplies at Psachna 10 minutes (6 km) from the house. A private pool is also available (minimum depth 1.2m maximum depth 2m). A car is necessary.
