In the attic two queen size bedrooms and a comfortable office can accommodate at least 5 guest. On the lower level a large open living area creates a comfortable environment. A beautiful, detached house surrounded by a large garden overlooking the sea, ideal if you want to experience the magic of peace, quiet and a home away from home. House has nice windows and shutters and window screens . The shopping center and the beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear waters are just a 3-minute walk away. The large terrace with its tiled heat proof pergola and fan features outdoor dining areas and a comfortable sofa for relaxing moments in the middle of nature.

Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! On the hill with a veranda with unlimited views, overlooking the bay. Capacity: 4 to 5 people Floor level: Kitchen (fully furnished with washing machine-coffee maker-oven) and lounge -air conditioning. Bathroom with shower and a bedroom with double bed. On loft: a double bed and an extra bed. the house has its own place to swim to share (occasionally) another house of the same owner! It is really a superb place, with a patio overlooking the bay.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place to stay. Featuring beautiful views of the sea while located on one of the best beaches on the island. Our house is fully equipped and ideal for relaxing family holidays by the sea. Time will stop here and you completely unwind while enjoying the amazing local beaches or the lovely views our place has to offer. Also we have free parking upon the premices about 100 metres from the house.

Clothes washing machine available for our beach house guests. Children are most welcome!

Two bedroom House (and a sofa bed in the living area) ,20 meters from the beach. It can accommodate up to six person. It has a fantastic view and situated on the beach. A fully equipped kitchen, the house is airconditioned and it has a wonderful view from the beach. Outside it offers dining area with its purpose built barbeque and large garden. 10 minutes drive to the nearest village for shopping.
