It is located by a footpath which is next to river side walks and a five minute wander to the centre of the village. It is a self contained Lodge with its own patio and garden. The interior takes inspiration from a 1940's allotment shed furnished with hand painted furniture and genuine vintage touches. I have spent three years crafting, collecting and repurposing everything it contains. It was built in 2010 and decorated by myself.

A ten minute drive will take you to Long Melford with further boutiques, cafes and several pubs. 17 minutes away is the world famous medieval wool village of Lavenham.

It overlooks the beautiful Glem River Valley with direct access to a number of public footpaths. It's an ideal base for walkers, cyclists and those looking to enjoy the amenities of Long Melford and the surrounding countryside.

My beautifully presented apartment is situated in the old market town of Sudbury. Just a three minute walk from the town centre, Sudbury offers great restaurants, bars a theatre and boat trips along the river Stour. The house of Thomas Gainsborough is also within walking distance of which is now a national museum. Our market is every Thursday and Saturday which offers a variety of fresh veg, meat and fish. Bury St Edmunds, Colchester, Long Melford are all within 30 minutes from my apartment.
