The Garden Annex

In the garden behind our 17th Century thatched cottage we have a recently restored garden annex. It has a style all its own. It has a beautiful bathroom with a large deep bath and power shower. We are very close to local leisure pursuits, Woburn safari park, Wrest Park stately home, Woburn Centre Parks and Milton Keynes shopping Centre. We are a lovely base for walking and cycling the Bedfordshire countryside. Several Bedford business areas are accessible. Luton airport is a 25 minute drive.

The Barn. Hot tub optional extra.

Overlooking the Chilterns, dating back to 1740 Marquis House was originally a pub. The Barn is where the beer was kept, but now it offers sumptuous accommodation for you to relax. Independent access and self contained for your privacy. The Barn has everything you need including a log burner and 50" TV in the lounge, a hand made King Size bed and an extensive kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine (open the stable door to take in the view). Optional log fired hot tub.

Close to Luton town centre, train station and 10 mins drive from the airport. This spacious 30 sqm annexe has off-road parking, a private entrance, kitchenet, and shower room. Under floor heating, work station, french doors opening onto a beautiful garden. Backing onto Popes meadow and across the road from Wardown Park, which has a lake, tennis courts, basketball, and a small crazy golf course. This property will provide quite comfortable space for a small family or a professional.

Benslow Path Guest Studio - Free Parking

The studio is a bright and cosy, modern space which is a self-contained conversion on the side of our house with a private entrance and free parking just outside. The airbnb is a 12 minute walk from Hitchin Train Station. Perfect for London commuters, it is also ideal for couples or solo travellers, family visits, business travel etc. You can check-in from 4pm on Monday-Friday. Check-in time on Saturday and Sunday is at 2.30pm. You'll find everything you need for a satisfying stay.

Brand new self-contained studio apartment, complete with kitchen, en-suite and living space. Located at the start of the Chilterns area of outstanding natural beauty, offering great hiking and outdoor activities. The Pine Loft is on the side of our 19th century home in Shillington (a rural village boasting two walkable gastropubs) fully sealed off from the house once you are inside.

Tyburn Barn is a luxury barn conversion located in pulloxhill, a small village in Central Beds. There is excellent walking, cycling, country pubs and places to visit close by. The Barn is perfect for couples and solo adventurers. The self contained accommodation consists of one double bed fully fitted kitchen and lounge area with patio doors to a balcony with seating area. It has a luxury bathroom with underfloor heating a shower, hairdryer and lighted mirror towels are also provided.

Set in the grounds of a pretty, historic, thatched cottage, Pennyfathers Annex offers the perfect base to explore the surrounding Bedfordshire countryside and Barton hills with easy access to London and Cambridge and a short drive from Woburn Abbey, Wrest park and Bletchley Park. There are Pubs and Restaurants in the local villages, some just a walk away. We can even offer pre and post flight relaxation and parking for your time away, as we are a short taxi ride from Luton Airport.

We have put a lot of care and attention into our unique log cabin, hot tub and private garden. Access is through our separate secure entrance to the bespoke garden. When inside feel free to enjoy a relaxing night under the stars, ideal for a couple or solo travellers. The Secret Corner is the perfect base to explore local areas including Woburn, Wrest Park and a short ride away to Flitwick Train Station with direct access to London St Pancras in less than an hour.
