My flat is self contained with its own entrance. It has an open plan kitchen / living room with full cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and a full set of kitchen wares. The bedroom is separate with an en-suite shower room. Off road parking is available directly outside the flat. Garden area with seating is available. The flat is set in a quiet country location on the edge of a small hamlet with easy access to main roads. Nearby places of interest to visit include Belton House.

Relaxing, warm, quiet & cosy !

The Wash house is a beautiful detached stone built countryside retreat perfect for couples. It was built around the 1850’s along with many other properties in the village by the Brownlow family, and in the day it was used for the villagers to come and wash. It sits within our garden, enjoying far reaching views, in a conservation village, with a super village church again enjoying the Lincolnshire countryside views.
